How a StretchLab studio works

One-on-one assisted stretching, measured by MAPS and delivered by trained Flexologists. A simple model that members understand straight away.

The member experience

Every session, one-on-one

Members don't work out alone. A trained Flexologist guides every session, so results are consistent and members keep coming back.

  1. 1
Scan with MAPSThree overhead squats measure mobility, activation, posture and symmetry.
  2. 2
Tailored stretch sessionA Flexologist works through a plan built around the member's scan and goals.
  3. 3
Track the progressRepeat scans show members how far they've come, which keeps them committed.
MAPS digital assessment

Proprietary technology, exclusive to StretchLab

MAPS is StretchLab's own digital assessment and a key part of what makes the model hard to replicate. Its hardware and software analyse how each member moves, on their first visit and then monthly, so Flexologists can tailor every session with data and members can track their progress.

Mobility How freely the body moves. Usually the first thing to improve, often with less pain day to day.
Activation How well muscles engage during movement, for better control and stability.
Posture Alignment and balance. Slower to change, but the gains last.
Symmetry Imbalances between the left and right sides that can lead to overcompensating.
Running the studio

A simple footprint

No rows of machines to buy, service and replace.

Small footprint An ideal studio is 70–100m², usually in a retail centre anchored by daily needs.
Stretch benches The core equipment in every studio, with MAPS alongside.
Certified Flexologists Every Flexologist completes our training program: 20–30 hours of online theory, a two-day hands-on workshop and 20 hours of practice.
Your team An owner or General Manager, a Lead Flexologist and a team of certified Flexologists.
Memberships Recurring monthly memberships, not one-off visits.
Boutique look and feel A consistent, premium fit-out members recognise.
