Our proprietary 50-70- hour comprehensive assisted stretching curriculum consists of a blended education, including online learning and in person instruction. This ensures that our graduates are well prepared for a career in Stretching.

The Flexologist Training Program allows you to complete your education on your schedule through it’s blend of online and in-person instruction.

Movement Analysis Training

Training includes education on movement analysis principles focused on the overhead squat (OHS). Understanding this information allows our Flexologists to deliver a best in class stretch experience.

Study Online and In-studio

The 50-70 hour training consists of in-studio instruction as well as online learning that can be accessed 24/7.

Mentorship & Support

StretchLab provided continued education and learning opportunities via our Learning Management System and experienced instructors.

The Program

StretchLab’s Flexologist Training program is the only accredited certificate program recognized by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence for assisted stretching. Overall FTP program was in depth and very detailed. I feel proud and accomplished after finishing the training, and I'm excited to gain more knowledge as time goes on. I enjoyed the pre-training content, plus the 2 day workshop with my Master Flexologist was extremely beneficial for learning alternate body mechanics for each stretch. The material was helpful, informative, and set me up for success!
