A one-on-one stretch customised to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
Group Stretches

Group stretches have a max of 6 participants at a time and are led by one of our trained Flexologists who will guide everyone through a series of stretches specific to their needs.

Group Stretches

During a group stretch, our Flexologist will assist and guide you through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as how to work with stretching tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. It doesn't matter what your flexibility level is - anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey is welcomed!
