My name is Molly and I am currently in my 4th year studying exercise and sports science and psychological science at ACU. Through my studies, I have developed a deep knowledge on the connection between physical and mental health and the ways in which to improve both areas. Stretching being one of them! It’s often an overlooked area, but one that improves mobility, injury resistance and overall daily lifestyle. It has greatly improved my own life and wellbeing and I hope to do the same for others. I love running, resistance training, martial arts and all things exercise and have found the benefits of stretching in all different sports.
