      Hi my name is Kevin. I am currently a 2nd year post grad physiotherapy student with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. In my free time I enjoy cooking, gardening and weight lifting.

      Meet Sarah, she is passionate about all things sport and exercise, aligning with her future career aspects to become a physiotherapist. Her experience as a dancer has fuelled her knowledge for the importance of stretching in our day to day lives. She is excited for the opportunity to help people move and feel better at StretchLab Black Rock. Sarah is hoping to make an impact by working with clients to improve their mobility and flexibility by providing a relaxing and effective stretching experience.

      Kim is a yoga enthusiast who started practicing consistently in her 40s. She found it so physically and mentally transformative that she has left a corporate career to teach yoga to others in studios, gyms and community and corporate spaces. Kim is passionate about the benefits we experience when we connect fully with our bodies, explore how they actually work as a system and learn to move in a mindful, safe way. In her spare time, Kim volunteers for Pets of the Homeless as a foster carer and pet courier and for FareShare as a farm worker, planting and harvesting vegetables for use in their kitchen.

      My name is Molly and I am currently in my 4th year studying exercise and sports science and psychological science at ACU. Through my studies, I have developed a deep knowledge on the connection between physical and mental health and the ways in which to improve both areas. Stretching being one of them! It’s often an overlooked area, but one that improves mobility, injury resistance and overall daily lifestyle. It has greatly improved my own life and wellbeing and I hope to do the same for others. I love running, resistance training, martial arts and all things exercise and have found the benefits of stretching in all different sports.

      Hi, I’m Ebrahim currently studying my Bachelors of exercise science and been a sports trainer for the better part of my life. Currently a trainer at F45 and Victoria university gym. Have spent a significant part of my time being a strength and conditioning coach for rugby union athletes. Joined stretch labs due to the personal relationship I have with stretching helping me overcome my injuries from my years of playing rugby and helping gain better control over my emotions. The mind body connection that I was able to achieve through stretching is what I’d like to share with my clients as well.

      Hi my name is Amy with a background in PE Teaching, Personal Training and Yoga Teaching. I am very passionate about teaching people about the importance of overall health, fitness and wellbeing. I believe to achieve overall vitality every person should be approached as a whole being. Achieving a mind - body connection I believe is key. In my spare time I practise Yoga, Breath-work, Weight Train and love my very early morning walks on the beach before I start my day.

      My name is Orla and I am currently studying the APPI Unite Health Pilates instructor course. My background includes teaching/training and working professionally in the dance and acrobatics field. Here is where I found the importance of looking after your body, in order to achieve your goals and improve overall longevity. Regular stretching is a massive factor for these, as well as injury prevention and building your own body awareness.

      Hi my name is Alex. I have a background in yoga, nursing and nutrition. I love getting to know clients and their goals and helping them to connect with their bodies and move with ease. In my spare time, I enjoy running, yoga and hitting the beach with my dog.
