      Jake has Portuguese and New Zealand background, something he is very proud of. He has lived in Perth his whole life. He is studying towards a Bachelor of Chiropractic. He also has rehabilitation experience in the industry. 🦴🩻🧐 Jake is passionate and devoted to his studies and the intricate wonders of human anatomy. It fuels his desire to promote health and well-being through holistic care to our members. 📖🙇‍♂️ When he is not at StretchLab, you will find him either rock climbing or studying. 🧗‍♂️

      Josh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). With over a decade of experience as an athlete, instructor, and coach at a high level, he also established Sport Climbing WA’s High-Performance Committee Josh is passionate about promoting health and well-being. His experience in injury prevention, 1-1 high-performance coaching, and background in human anatomy will be such a contribution to StretchLab Members. When he's not studying, rock climbing, or supporting StretchLab members with mobility and flexibility, Josh is frequently diving into research on metabolic health and nutrition.

      Max is completing his third year of a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) degree. He aims to use his degree to specialise in climbing injuries and improve recovery. Max is a world-class athlete and has competed both nationally and internationally at bouldering and climbing events. He recently placed third at the Boulder Nationals in 2023. His hunger to compete, as well as his passion for minimising the incidence of injuries and improving recovery in the competitive world of climbing/bouldering, are 100% aligned with the benefits of 1-1 assisted PNF stretching. His experience and background will be a contribution when taking care of his StretchLab members.

      Jenny is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives, especially with those members that begin to experience the discomforts of the ageing process. Jenny has a global wellness perspective and multilingual fluency in Korean and Chinese, and conversant in Japanese. Her background, commitment to mobility and healthier living will be a positive contribution to StretchLab members. When not supporting and coaching other people, she is power lifting, body building, and chills out with a round of golf.

      Rachel has been with StretchLab since Dec 2021. In 2024, she finishes her 3rd of 5 years in a Double Bachelor of Chiropractic. She has over 13 yrs experience in the health and fitness industry, is a certified gymnastics coach, PT, CrossFit coach and owned her own Boutique gym facility. Rachel has a very strong interest in primal health and movement and brings the same interest and care when taking care of her members at Stretchlab.. In her spare time, she loves to take care of her 2 kids and her piano.

      Originally from South Australia but spent a decade living in Japan, Hong Kong and Melbourne working as a performer & dancer 🤸‍♀️ Josh is starting his 5th and final year studying a double Science degree in Clinical Chiropractic. His hobbies are water polo, gym and brunch. His philosophy: "Lotion is the motion. Namaste." 🙏
