      Hi, I’m Beth! I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and am currently completing my Doctor of Physiotherapy. I have always had a strong passion for movement, with particular interests in strength and flexibility. Growing up, I participated in a wide range of sports including dance, netball, soccer, tennis, and figure skating. Now, I am highly dedicated to my performance in the gym where I strength train and attend boxing sessions. My passion lies in training and injury prevention within the community. This is reflected in my sessions, where I work closely with each individual to support their goals, promote safe and effective movement, increasing mobility while reducing the risk of injury

      Hi, I’m Jacinta! I’m a Master Trainer in Fitness and also a sports and remedial massage therapist. I have a very keen interest in human anatomy and movement and have been working in the fitness industry for the past seven years. I love to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

      Hi, I’m Toni! I’m a remedial therapist with over 25 years’ experience. I hold a Diploma in remedial therapies and a Bachelor of Health Science. Over the last 25 years I have worked with a range of people and tackled many different issues. I use a range of physical techniques to treat musculoskeletal dysfunction with a goal to reducing muscle tightness, relieve imbalances, improve mobility and restore overall body function.

      Hi, I’m Grace! I’m studying Physiotherapy and love helping people feel their best. Stretching is such a simple way to move better and stay pain-free, and I enjoy being part of that. Outside of the studio, I like keeping active and I also love baking because I have a major sweet tooth!

      Hi, I’m Rikki! I’ve just completed my final-year as a physiotherapy student at Australian Catholic University. I’ve always had a strong passion for health and the human body, and I enjoy applying my knowledge of movement and rehabilitation in both clinical practice and my own training. The gym is a big part of my lifestyle, with a particular focus on hypertrophy training, and I also love playing soccer and basketball to stay active and competitive. I am motivated by the opportunity to help people improve their physical health, achieve their goals, and see tangible progress in their performance and wellbeing. Physiotherapy allows me to combine my interest in anatomy and movement with my love of sport and fitness, while connecting with my community in a meaningful way.

      Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a health science & exercise professional, and certified Pilates instructor with over six years of experience in the industry. I specialise in personalised flexibility training, functional movement, and creating a supportive experience. My approach blends science-backed exercise principles with a holistic understanding of long-term health, strength, and mobility. Outside of the studio, I love doing all kinds of crazy activities and trying new things such as snowboarding, ballet, horse riding or rock climbing.

I enjoy sharing that passion with others, helping them feel and move better through stretching. My goal as a Flexologist is to support people in improving their flexibility, range of motion, recovery and overall well-being, while inspiring them to embrace an active lifestyle.

      Hi, I’m Tiana! I’m a personal trainer with a background in NPL Football, which I have played for the past 9 years. Being an Athlete, I have dealt with my fair share of injuries, so I know first-hand how important recovery and mobility is. My stretching style focuses on functional movement and injury prevention to keep you doing what you love, pain-free. I’m here to help you move better, feel better and stay active. Outside the gym, you will find me at a music festival or vibing to music with my friends!

      Hi, I’m Catherine! I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and have a strong passion for health and wellbeing. With my sports background in netball and dance, I recognise the importance of stretching for injury prevention and performance. I enjoy staying active with long beach walks or runs and I’m always social with friends and family. I love creating positive connections with others and hope to assist people with achieving their mobility and health goals!

      Hi, my name is Isaac! I graduated with a Bachelor's of Sport and Exercise Science. I am currently studying my Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I have a background in soccer coaching and one-on-one personal training. I have been playing soccer my entire life, and having overcome many injuries myself, I am deeply committed to helping clients reach their full potential and achieve pain-free movement. I am extremely excited to utilise my experience in coaching and knowledge of anatomy to scientifically enhance and improve quality of life, reduce pain, and increase mobility and posture. In my spare time, I enjoy running, going to the gym and playing soccer.

      No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customising a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility.
