      I’m Anouk and I am a true Sunshine Coast Local my family have been living at Black Mountain for many years ( I was almost born here – but not on the mountain). I have a certificate 3 in fitness and I’m also an aerial arts instructor. Coming from a circus background, the importance of stretching is no joke. It’s so important to maintain your mobility as you only get one body in life to look after. I enjoy working at StretchLab because I love being able to give people their mobility back and make a difference in their lives. My greatest achievement outside of work was winning the Australian Aerial Championship in 2022.

      I’m Jackie and I have been living Sunrise Beach for 5 years. I am originally from Riddells Creek in Victoria. I am a qualified Yin Yoga & Zen Shiatsu instructor and I also teach breathwork. Stretching is so important to maintain our movement, flexibility and keep our fascia healthy! If you are new to stretching my advice is to relax and breathe! I love connecting with all of the awesome people who come in to StretchLab & helping them feel better in their bodies. I love Skiing & Snowboarding. When I’m not at StretchLab you will find me sharing Breathwork events and facilitator trainings with Flow Institute Australia.

      I’m Sabine and I live at Marcus Beach. I have been living on the Sunshine Coast on and off for 15 years. I’m originally from Carcassonne in France. I started working in the hospitality industry and then converted to becoming Fitness instructor at Fernwood in Darwin where I achieved Cert 3 & 4 In Fitness & Training. When I was young, I did a lot of Ballet and stretching was a big part of my training. To this day my flexibility from my Ballet training still helps me in my everyday life and has kept me injury free. At StretchLab I enjoy meeting new people and introducing them to the benefits of stretching and exceeding their expectations. I lived in Doha for 5 years where I established a women’s fitness studio which was a great success.

      I’m Stephen and I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for the last 3 years. I currently live in the Noosa Hinterland but I am originally from Melbourne where I used to teach Boxing and Reformer Pilates. I have teachings in Intuitive Therapies, Energetic Healing and Guided Meditation Practices. I started my early career off as an electrician, that has transformed and evolved into a passion for understanding how energy flows through the human body. What I enjoy about Stretch Lab is the changes and experiences clients have from the sessions, from pain free movement to shifting long term tightness.

      I'm Angelique and I've been living on the Sunshine Coast for almost 20 years. With a strong background in the health and wellness industry, I've worked as a Remedial Therapist (since 2009) and Yoga Teacher (since 2014) at some of the Sunshine Coast's best-known Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinics, Holistic Health Centres, Day Spas and Yoga Studios. I can't imagine life without stretching; it keeps the body flexible, but have you noticed how it keeps the mind and spirit more flexible too? I offer relaxing sessions with remedial results!

      I’m Kate and I have been living in Tewantin for 9 years. I am originally from York in the UK and I've worked as a Personal Trainer for twelve years . I have a certificate 3 & 4 in fitness & training and I love that I can help people improve their physical and mental health as both a Flexologist and as a PT. Stretching is so important because a well-rounded fitness routine should place equal emphasis on aerobic fitness, strength training and flexibility but in my experience, most people neglect their stretching and flexibility work. If you are new to stretching relax and trust the process – it works! I love working at the Lab because I am able to help people improve their physical functionality and enjoy their life more. My greatest achievement is obtaining a Masters History Degree from Edinburgh University and operating small local gym for seven years which was awarded Franchise Council of Australia Single Unit Franchise of the Year.

      I’m Chris and I have recently moved to Pomona although I’ve been living on the Sunshine Coast for 2 years. I’m originally from Nottingham in the UK and have qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Breathwork & Nutrition. As a keen athlete, I am very aware of the benefits of stretching for both recovery and performance. When it comes to stretching, I believe the most important thing is to apply consistency to your regime; you will feel results in a very short time. 90% of the battle is just showing up! I enjoy working at StretchLab because I love interacting with a diverse range of customers and learning from every client. Outside of work I'm obsessed with Archery! I have only been shooting for a short time but I have fallen in love with it and find it works like meditation!

      I’m Claire and I have been living in Noosa for 2 ½ years. I am originally from Adelaide. I am a qualified Vinyasa instructor and have completed over 200 hours of Yoga teacher training. Stretching is so important as it allows you to create balance in life & with your other activities! If you are new to stretching my advice is to try it and be surprised by the results! I love working at StretchLab because it’s a great atmosphere and I love being able to help people and see their positive results which makes me feel accomplished. Outside of StretchLab I love to travel far and wide & recently I have purchased my first scooter so I can now travel near & local.

      I'm Adriana. My husband and I, with our young son, moved to Noosaville from Brisbane 5 years ago. I've been a part of the wellness industry since 2007 in varied roles including as an instructor (Pilates + Barre), studio owner, educator, wellness coach and retreat leader. If you want to have vitality, independence and continue to enjoy doing the things you love then a regular stretching practice (to maintain mobility and function) is crucial. A couple of years back I got into trail running (after years of putting it off) and I completed a 23km run in New Zealand which was beautiful but brutal!

      I’m Richard and live at Sunshine Beach having recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, before that I have lived in Wollongong, Perth, Melbourne, London and Adelaide. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with over 20 year’s experience in both industries and have studied and worked in the Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to moving to the Sunshine Coast I owned a successful multi-disciplinary health studio in Adelaide. I have been very physically active all my life and I believe that stretching has played a vital role in allowing me to continue to be active and maintain a high level of fitness and mobility. I get great pleasure from working at StretchLab as it allows me to share my years of experience and knowledge to broad range people and ensure they achieve an improved quality of life and physical performance.
