      Hi, I'm Matt, the proud owner of StretchLab Noosa. I’m passionate about helping people improve their recovery and flexibility through the power of stretching. With a background in Personal Training and Yoga, I have a strong understanding of the body and the importance of both movement and breath when it comes to stretching. The way we breathe plays a big role in enhancing flexibility, promoting relaxation, and improving overall recovery, and I always incorporate this into every session. Having played AFL from a young age all the way through to senior competition, I know how crucial recovery is for staying in top form and preventing injury. This experience has inspired my passion for creating a custom stretching experience tailored to each person’s individual needs. Everyone has their own unique goals, whether it’s improving mobility, easing muscle tension, or just feeling more comfortable in your body. My mission is to help you achieve those goals by personalising each session. In January 2023, my wife Steph (who’s also the co-owner of StretchLab Noosa) and I made the move to Noosa from Melbourne, bringing our three young boys along for the ride. We’re loving it here and excited to introduce StretchLab to the Noosa community. I’m all about getting to know our members and supporting you in reaching your personal goals, no matter what they are. Whether you're an athlete or just looking to improve your flexibility, I’m here to help you stretch, recover, and feel your absolute best. I look forward to working with you and being part of your wellness journey!

      Hi, I'm Tomas, and I believe that movement is the key to performance and longevity in sport - something I've learnt first hand throughout my journey as an athlete. I am a strength and performance coach, personal trainer, nutrition student and dedicated to helping people. Having practiced multiple sports I've always sought to improve my performance. I know that mobility is an important pillar in keeping the body ready for any challenge. At StretchLab, my mission is to help you move, feel and perform at your best. Together, we'll work on improving flexibility, reducing tension and enhancing your performance so you can keep doing what you love without limitations.

      Hi, I’m Daniel, and I believe that movement is the foundation for health, performance, and overall wellbeing. I have a background in exercise science and have worked extensively with children, teaching Parkour, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and various sports. I’m currently completing my physiotherapy studies, which gives me a deep understanding of the body and how to move it safely and effectively. I know that mobility is key to improving range of motion, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. At StretchLab, my mission is to help you move freely, feel your best, and enjoy life without limitations. Together, we’ll work on improving flexibility, reducing tension, and building movement habits that support your daily activities and long-term wellbeing.

      Hi I am Vivian, born and raised in Hong Kong, our family relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2013, trading the busy city life for a community that values health, balance, and wellbeing. My journey started as an ice-skating coach and gym instructor, where I witnessed countless injuries and learned how easily the body can break down under stress - and how powerful recovery can be when you give your body the right kind of care. That experience sparked my passion for recovery and functional movement — helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. As a certified Remedial Massage Therapist and now a Flexologist, I combine hands-on bodywork with mobility and stretching techniques that target muscle tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. My approach is simple but effective: release restriction, enhance performance, and educate my clients on how to maintain functional movement every day. I believe flexibility isn’t just about stretching — it’s about building stronger movement patterns, preventing injuries, unlocking your body's full potential and supporting overall body performance. I’m passionate about helping every client reconnect with their body, improve mobility, and feel their absolute best — both in training and in everyday life.
