Hi, I’m Daniel, and I believe that movement is the foundation for health, performance, and overall wellbeing. I have a background in exercise science and have worked extensively with children, teaching Parkour, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and various sports. I’m currently completing my physiotherapy studies, which gives me a deep understanding of the body and how to move it safely and effectively.
I know that mobility is key to improving range of motion, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. At StretchLab, my mission is to help you move freely, feel your best, and enjoy life without limitations. Together, we’ll work on improving flexibility, reducing tension, and building movement habits that support your daily activities and long-term wellbeing.
