      Hi, I am Emily. I believe feeling good in our bodies is a fundamental part of good health. Customised one-on-one assisted stretch sessions at StretchLab, can really help you to feel good by moving better. My university studies in Human Movement and Human Nutrition provide valuable theory and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor experienced in helping people achieve their movement and wellness goals. I enjoy dance, fitness and hiking and I look forward to working with you to achieve your stretch and mobility goals. Feeling good in your own body is a very important aspect of what we provide at StretchLab.

      Hi, I’m Leo — a passionate Flexologist with a strong foundation in fitness, anatomy, and rehabilitation. I’m currently completing my Master of Physiotherapy in Canberra. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, a Cert III in Fitness and a Human Anatomy and Physiology Certificate from Monash University. With over eight years of natural bodybuilding and fitness training experience, plus more than three years working as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, I bring both practical expertise and scientific understanding of body movement and healing. I focus on improving flexibility, mobility, and posture while enhancing injury prevention and recovery. Whether you’re chasing performance goals or just want to move better in daily life, I’ll help you get there — safely and effectively.

      Hi, I’m Matthew, a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Human Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being through evidence-based exercise and nutrition strategies. I joined StretchLab to deepen my understanding of how stretching and mobility training contribute to overall health, function, and performance. I’m also studying a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra, advancing my skills to support people through holistic, movement-based rehabilitation and preventive care.

      Hi, I'm Faith. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Human Movement) and I'm passionate about helping others enhance their physical wellbeing through exercise and rehabilitation. With a strong foundation in human anatomy, flexibility and functional movement, I provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension and enhance overall mobility. I believe that with consistent, positive habits, we can significantly improve our overall health and quality of life.

      Hi, I’m Stu, an accredited Personal Trainer and Running Coach. I’m an avid trail runner and ParkRun tourist, and have previously participated in a range of sporting pursuits including marathon and ultra-distance running and triathlon, team sports as a player, coach and referee. I believe in the importance of health and wellness for longevity and enjoyment of life. My coaching approach focuses on support and encouragement for people to live their best life, with training for flexibility and mobility a key to long term injury prevention for athletes and lifelong mobility and independence for the general population.

      Hi I’m Paula. I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for almost 30 years, and a Remedial Massage Therapist for the past 7. Years of hands-on experience have given me a strong, practical understanding of the human body and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better. I hold an Advanced Certificate in Health, Fitness & Sports Coaching, Certificates III and IV in Fitness, an Advanced Diploma in Exercise Science and a Diploma of Remedial Massage. I enjoy staying active, learning more about movement and recovery and exploring new ways to support the health and wellbeing of my clients. My approach to assisted stretching is centred around improving mobility, function, and overall physical health. Whether it’s injury prevention, reducing tension, or enhancing everyday movement, I am passionate about helping others achieve lasting, positive changes in their health and wellbeing.
