      Hey! My names Zac and I’m your Lead Flexologist for the Ashmore team. I love being able to help people reach their fitness goals, I’m so passionate about what we’re doing at StretchLab and excited to be apart of people’s wellness journey in such an amazing way! I have a background in Personal Training and Massage Therapy, as well as experience in the construction industry and in disability support work which I still do. I believe that my experience in various industries assists me in having a more well rounded outlook and knowledge, that ultimately helps in giving clients the best experience possible.

      Hey! My name is Monét! I have a background in personal training and have loved working in the health and fitness industry so far. I am currently completing my bachelors degree in exercise science and take a huge interest into human anatomy and body mechanics. I am very passionate about all things health and fitness. Throughout all of my training and studies I have learnt the importance of recovery and taking care of the body - which includes stretching! I am so excited to be working at Stretch Lab, helping members achieve their goals and improve their day to day lives.

      Hey there, I'm Andrés! I'm a physiotherapist and personal trainer with a passion for movement, mobility, and flexibility! Having previously worked with competitive athletes as well as competing in CrossFit competitions myself, I'm always up for a good chat about the latest games. At StretchLab, I'm all about helping you live your best life by boosting your well-being and overall wellness. Let's team up and get you feeling fantastic!

      Hi StretchLab Community, my name is Michael, and I am thrilled to be one of your fantastic Flexologists. Growing up playing team sports, I became passionate about understanding the body's mechanisms for optimal performance, recovery, and wellness. This interest led me to become a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for over a decade, and I am currently completing a degree in Exercise physiology. After sports, I kept active through various strength training and martial arts forms, and generally just getting outdoors. Outside of keeping active, I love listening to multiple genres of music, perfecting my culinary skills, having a good cup of coffee, and watching weird and wild comedies.

      Hi I’m Belle, I’m a qualified reformer Pilates instructor with a Health science diploma in nutrition. I have always had a large passion for everything, health, fitness, and wellness and absolutely love now being able to work in the industry. Pilates is obviously favoured by me, but I also love running and resistance training. Through out all of these I have learnt the importance of stretching and how it can not only improve your training, but also your every day physical function. I’m excited to be working at StretchLab, helping clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. I am recently a new mum, so when I’m not at StretchLab I love spending time with my family at the beach.
