      Rodolfo is originally from Brazil, however his home is currently here in Sydney. He is the Lead Flexologist at StretchLab Balgowlah and has been working here since this studio opened for business in December 2021. He is extremely passionate about the work that he does, which involves helping people move better, as well as improving their flexibility and posture. It gives him great satisfaction to see that his clients have improved their overall health by coming to sessions with him on a regular basis. He has a lot of experience with wellbeing programs and has been working as a Personal Trainer in Australia, as well as having a degree in Physical Education and Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness.       Felipe is a Physiotherapist and graduated in 2015 in Chile. He has over 8 years of experience in the musculoskeletal, sports and rehabilitation areas. He applies his physiotherapy/massage knowledge to his work whilst stretching, and is always available to answer questions to aid in the well-being and health of people!

      Claudia is originally from Italy and has been a yoga and Pilates teacher for the past 5 years. She is passionate about other people’s well-being and has been a part of the StretchLab team for over 6 months! She is a strong believer that with strong determination anyone can achieve anything, as long as there is passion, resilience and motivation.

      Sophie is a local Northern Beaches girl who grew up doing sport and surfing. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Chiropractic Science and has completed her Certificate III in Fitness Coaching and is soon to have her Certificate IV in Personal Training. Sophie is passionate about health and helping people in sports rehabilitation and getting them back to a healthy fit lifestyle focusing on preventing reinjury.

      Erika is an experienced yoga teacher, originally from Uruguay. She teaches many different types of yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama, and she uses these skills to help people connect with their bodies and achieve their goals in stretching. She is an outgoing, positive person and passionate about helping people in their health and wellness journeys.

      Kouthar is originally from South Africa but has been a local to the northern beaches for 13 years. She has completed her bachelor's degree in Chiropractic science and is currently completing her masters of Chiropractic. She has a strong care for the importance of human movement and healing.Her studies have allowed her to gain knowledge in areas such as functional rehabilitation, human anatomy and many more areas pertaining to treatment and functioning of the human body. Her other passions include massage, dance and visual arts.

      With 15 years of working experience in the dance industry in Italy and in Australia, Francesca holds a Certificate IV in Sports Coaching, she is also a certified facilitator of the practices “ Contact Beyond Contact”, “Progressing Ballet Technique” and she is currently studying to become a Yoga teacher. In addition to her work as a dance artist and choreographer, Francesca is also a passionate and wellness advocate. She is committed to sharing the benefits of movement and mindfulness with others, and regularly teaches classes and workshops in contemporary dance, movement and mindfulness. Through her retreats and workshops, Francesca strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where individuals can connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.

      Kallum, a University of Exeter Sports Medicine Masters graduate, lives and breathes sports, health, and fitness. He boasts experience working in professional sports, most notably with teams like Exeter Chiefs and Worcestershire Cricket Club. His athletic background includes playing football (soccer) at the university level, where he witnessed the power of stretching firsthand. Kallum is eager to share his knowledge and skills, learned from many professionals in the field, to help you improve your performance, flexibility, and most importantly, well-being.

      Rory is a seasoned expert in hypertrophy, weight loss, nutrition and rugby/sport development with over 10 years of experience. With qualifications including his Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Nationally Recognised Nutritionist certification (ANC) and a Diploma of Exercise and Sport Science, Rory delivers evidence-based coaching tailored to your goals. His holistic approach emphasizes consistency in exercise and personalised nutrition for optimal results. Rory combines his technical knowledge with his practical experience playing rugby at Warringah Rugby Club and training with the Junior Wallabies, NSW Waratahs and the Munster Rugby Club in Ireland. Rory is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their health and fitness aspirations by unlocking their potential.
