      Lilian is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for wellness through movement. Raised on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore, Lilian has a background in classical ballet, having trained and performed with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and Company for two years. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, which expanded her expertise in holistic health practices. Lilian’s approach integrates physical, mental, and emotional well-being to guide clients in reaching their stretching and mobility goals. In addition to her teaching role, Lilian plays an instrumental part in StretchLab’s marketing, sales, and daily operations. As Assistant General Manager, she ensures a smooth and welcoming environment for clients and the team. Lilian’s passion for movement, alignment, and recovery is reflected in her approach to both teaching and leadership, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere at StretchLab.

Known for her positive and outgoing personality, she creates an encouraging environment that fosters growth and wellness.       Sophie, a French native, has called the Northern Beaches home for the past nine years. Her wellness journey began in 2021 when she completed her Diploma of Yoga Teaching, followed by a Diploma of Surf Coaching in 2023. With certifications in both yoga and surf coaching, Sophie has developed a strong understanding of how movement connects with overall health and well-being. She began teaching intimate Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes in her home studio, later expanding to offer yoga and surf sessions on the beach. Sophie also curates workshops focused on sound healing, using the transformative practice to guide clients toward balance and inner peace. With a passion for helping others embrace wellness, Sophie is committed to creating a nurturing environment where clients can soften, relax, and connect with their inner selves.

      Sam, originally from Auckland, New Zealand, brings a wealth of experience to his role as a strength and conditioning coach. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field at the Auckland University of Technology. Sam has worked extensively with elite swimmers and the New Zealand Olympic Strength Committee, where he honed his expertise in sports science and conditioning. Alongside his professional background, Sam practices Muay Thai, building resilience and discipline, which he integrates into his work as a Flexologist. His focus is on creating positive and enriching learning environments that help clients improve mobility, strength, and overall health. Sam is dedicated to providing personalised guidance to every individual, fostering growth and well-being in a supportive and motivating atmosphere.

Gia holds certifications in kids' yoga, seniors' yoga, and yoga for women’s health, enabling her to connect with diverse participants and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. Her deep understanding of anatomy allows her to tailor stretching and mobility sessions to meet individual needs, alleviate tension, and prevent injury. Originally from Peru, Gia brings a rich cultural perspective to her teaching. She is committed to guiding others toward a balanced lifestyle through mindful movement and flexibility. With a background as a dancer, Gemma naturally developed a love for yoga and has since earned a 200-Hour Yoga Certification, specialising in Vinyasa and Yin styles. In addition, she holds certifications in the renowned Les Mills programs: Body Balance and Body Pump. She is a certified Group Exercise Leader through the Australian Institute of Fitness and a Registered Exercise Professional with AUSactive, Australia’s peak body for the exercise and active health sector. She seeks to build personal connections with clients and has a particular interest in alignment and recovery. Outside of her professional life, Gemma is interested in deepening her personal meditation practice and enjoys traveling with her fiancé, Jordan.

      Facundo is a professional dancer and movement practitioner from Uruguay, with a lifelong connection to body expression. He trained in Contemporary Dance at the National Dance School of Uruguay, embracing a holistic approach that combines yoga, martial arts like Aikido, and somatic techniques such as Alexander and Feldenkrais. A dedicated yoga practitioner for five years, Facundo is also trained in Thai Massage and has been working as a professional Thai massage therapist for the past two years. His passion for movement extends beyond dance, as he strives to help individuals connect with their bodies, promoting well-being and joy. For Facundo, every session with clients is an opportunity to foster mobility, strength, and pain relief, offering a space for people to embrace the present moment and feel better.

She believes that everybody has its own story, so she tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. Breathwork plays an important role in her sessions, supporting both flexibility and mental clarity. As a yoga teacher and lifelong fitness enthusiast, he has experienced first-hand the benefits that consistent stretching brings to daily life. His interest in human performance began in the United Kingdom, where he completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences and developed a strong understanding of how the body functions, adapts and responds to modern living. Joe focuses on breathwork and muscular activation as the foundation of effective flexibility training. Through his movement and meditative yoga background, he guides clients to use breath to improve focus, build awareness and deepen each stretch. His sessions create space for the body to release tension and for the mind to settle. Joe believes in the holistic power of stretching to support longevity, mobility and a more energised life, and he brings this philosophy to every session.

With a strong background in anatomy, corrective movement, and personal training, Guzman delivers personalised stretch sessions tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. His approach focuses on increasing flexibility, restoring balance, and supporting long-term movement health. Guzman works closely with clients to help them move with greater ease and confidence, whether they are managing everyday tension, recovering from training, or aiming to enhance overall performance. Each session is delivered with care, precision, and a genuine commitment to client wellbeing. Guzman believes that consistent stretching is key to feeling lighter, moving better, and living with less pain. Outside the studio, he enjoys strength training, motorbikes, and spending quality time with his family.
