      Owner / Flexologist
      Adriana is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience as an Allied Health Practitioner. She has a great knowledge of functional anatomy and is passionate about health and wellbeing. Coming from an academic background, Adriana is passionate about evidence based modalities and brought StretchLab to South Australia to help spread the importance and benefits of PNF stretching. Adriana is an amateur boxer having competed for TJ Smith Premier Boxing Gym and South Australia, and continues to compete and train at a high level. Adriana is most excited about the opportunity that StretchLab has to work with diverse populations groups in improving their quality of life and helping people reach their goals.
      Kirsten

      Kirsten comes from a personal training background, having completed her Cert IV in Fitness, studies in counselling pre and post natal training. She works with a wide range of clients, from teenagers to the ageing population. When Kirsten is not working, you can find her being a busy dog mum to her pups, Meeka and Nelly. She also enjoys spending quality time with her friends and training in the gym. Kirsten is passionate about identifying issues and working with the client to problem solve issues relating to their flexibility and mobility. She loves seeing the difference from when the client walks into the studio and seeing them leave with more freedom of movement.

      Flexologist
      Kayla holds a BA in Dance and Dip Nutrition and brings 15 years of experience in the Fitness, Dance and Wellness Industry. She brings a strong foundation in movement education and body awareness to StretchLab. Kayla's background has shaped a deep understanding of how the body moves, performs, and responds to both training and everyday demands. Kayla has a passion for biomechanics and helping people move more efficiently by improving mobility, flexibility and alignment. She truly enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds, from athletes and active individuals to those simply wanting to reduce tension, prevent injury, and feel better in their bodies. When Kayla is not working she is spending time with her family, growing veggies in her veggie patch and painting whimsical watercolours.

      Flexologist
      Sarah holds a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and qualifications in Pilates. She is a contortionist, dancer and circus performer, and loves producing shows for the Adelaide Fringe Festival. She had been a performer for the last 8 years. When she's not performing or producing shows she is at the beach and loves spending time in nature and with family and friends. She loves coaching circus and teaching stretch and mobility as a way to encourage a healthy lifestyle for others and for them to live their best lives.

      Flexologist
      Soledad has a physiotherapy background from Argentina with experience in sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and respiratory care. Since moving to Australia, she’s worked as a support worker in NDIS and aged care, supporting a wide range of clients. She’s a very active person who loves staying on the move—after 16 years of trail running, she’s now exploring new ways to keep things fun and challenging. Soledad is passionate about helping people feel better, move more, and recover faster, which is why she loves being part of the StretchLab team.
