      Dean is a Sports Scientist. He has completed his masters in Exercise Sports Science, majoring in Strength and Conditioning. He also has a Bachelor in Sport Studies majoring in Rehabilitation and a diploma in Sports Nutrition. Dean is an academic and lectures in High Performance, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Nutrition, and Sports Psychology. In his time lecturing he has written 2 subjects on sports nutrition and sports rehab, published 2 manuals and an athlete training diary; “Stretching for the aspiring athlete”, “Strength and conditioning for the aspiring athlete” Dean also has 20 years experience working in the field of sports injuries. Dean loves his football and trains aspiring footballers in his own business @ssi_athletic and also treats footballers for injuries and rehabilitation at @ssi_rehab More recently, Dean has had a lengthy stint at The Sydney FC football program in

      I have been part of the Stretch Lab Five Dock Team for over two years. With a background in Massage, assisted stretching interested me greatly. The benefits of stretching include increased flexibility and range of motion, reduction in muscle tension, promotes circulation and can improve recovery and exercise performance. Assisted stretching can also bring a greater sense of well being, by calming the mind. I look forward to helping you with your stretch goals!

      Meet Sakhi, the talented Flexologist at Stretchlab! Originally from Nepal, Sakhi moved to Sydney in 2022 to pursue a Doctor of Physiotherapy. With an undergraduate degree in physiotherapy already under her belt, Sakhi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work as a flexologist. During the COVID lockdown, Sakhi discovered a new interest in yoga, which she enjoyed so much that she obtained certification in it. In addition to yoga, Sakhi is a big advocate of stretching and believes it has done wonders for her own well-being. When she's not helping clients achieve their flexibility goals, Sakhi enjoys watching football and is a die-hard Liverpool fan. She's also a people person and loves meeting new individuals every day. With her passion for physiotherapy, her expertise in yoga and stretching, and her outgoing personality, Sakhi is a valuable member of the Stretchlab team.

      Hello! I am Yennifer. I am a personal trainer and was a dancer back home. If I was to describe myself, I would say super-friendly! I started my career in fitness at 19 years old when my life took a turn through some tough times. During this period, I found stretching and working out therapeutic and the best way for myself to feel joy and wellbeing. I love to help others to feel better, and make new friends in the process. Stretching is not only about your muscles but also your mindset, to become flexible and explore new boundaries - pushing yourself further than you think you can. Come to visit us and I would love to help you. Together we will smash your personal goals!
