Originally from Italy, she has worked as a Lead Flexologist and Remedial Massage Therapist, and is also a qualified Osteopath and Pilates Instructor. Her passion lies in helping both clients and staff achieve their highest potential through movement and wellbeing.

      Krishna is a skilled Flexologist and passionate Yoga Instructor who brings a unique blend of stretching expertise and mindfulness to StretchLab. She finds joy in guiding clients toward transformation — whether it’s helping someone reach new flexibility goals or creating moments of calm through mindful breathwork. Focusing on the power of breath and presence, Krishna ensures every session is both restorative and empowering, helping clients unlock their full physical potential.

      Freya is a passionate Flexologist with over 7,000 hours of hands-on experience as a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. She blends expert technique with a holistic approach to recovery and movement. Currently studying Sports Science and Rehabilitation, Freya is working toward becoming an Exercise Physiologist. Outside of StretchLab, she’s an avid rock climber who loves exploring strength, balance, and mindful movement — both on and off the wall.

      With a background in Sports Science and a strong foundation in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Luke brings a high-performance focus to StretchLab. His passion lies in helping clients move with power, recover with purpose, and perform at their peak. Using evidence-based methods and his understanding of combat-sport precision, Luke tailors every session to optimise athletic performance, build functional strength, and prevent injury

      Syed is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and extensive experience across hospitals and private clinics. Originally from Pakistan, he moved to Australia in 2024 to pursue a Master’s in Health Administration, Policy, and Leadership at Murdoch University. Syed combines his strong clinical background with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, allowing him to approach stretching with both scientific precision and genuine care. His goal is to help clients move more efficiently and confidently while enhancing their overall well-being.

      Flexologist
      Hazel has been teaching yoga for more than 14 years, with over 1,000 hours of RYTT training. Her favourite styles include Hatha, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, where she loves to combine strength, flow, and playfulness. Now based in Perth, Hazel blends her yoga background with her work as a Flexologist to help clients improve mobility, release tension, and feel their best. She’s also a Certified Embodied Breathwork Facilitator and enjoys integrating breathwork to create deeply restorative and empowering stretch sessions.

      Originally from Ireland, Ciana holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has a background in gym instructing and personal training. She loves all forms of physical activity, especially running and resistance training, and enjoys travelling whenever she can. At StretchLab, Ciana combines her knowledge of the human body with a personalised approach to help each client feel their best. She’s passionate about adapting stretches to individual needs and guiding clients toward lasting improvements in strength, flexibility, and everyday movement.

      Sabrina is a Flexologist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist. Originally from Singapore, she recently relocated to Perth and brings a wealth of knowledge in both movement and recovery. Passionate about helping people through every stage of their fitness journey, Sabrina loves seeing clients grow stronger, more mobile, and more confident. Outside the studio, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.
