      Tamzen is currently studying Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame after completing a year of Exercise and Sports Science. With over 14 years of dance training and teaching experience, she has a deep understanding of movement, flexibility, and body awareness. As part of the founding team at StretchLab Mount Pleasant, Tamzen brings her passion for health and movement into every session, helping clients enhance flexibility, recovery, and overall well-being through her blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience.

      Tripti is a certified Pilates Instructor and Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in posture correction, flexibility training, and mindful movement. Her approach focuses on helping clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free. Through her calm and supportive style, Tripti creates sessions that improve mobility while encouraging awareness and balance in both body and mind.

      Syed is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and extensive experience across hospitals and private clinics. Originally from Pakistan, he moved to Australia in 2024 to pursue a Master’s in Health Administration, Policy, and Leadership at Murdoch University. Syed combines his strong clinical background with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, allowing him to approach stretching with both scientific precision and genuine care. His goal is to help clients move more efficiently and confidently while enhancing their overall well-being.

      Flexologist
      Originally from Ireland, Ciana holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has a background in gym instructing and personal training. She loves all forms of physical activity, especially running and resistance training, and enjoys travelling whenever she can. At StretchLab, Ciana combines her knowledge of the human body with a personalised approach to help each client feel their best. She’s passionate about adapting stretches to individual needs and guiding clients toward lasting improvements in strength, flexibility, and everyday movement.

      Sabrina is a Flexologist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and sports massage therapist. Originally from Singapore, she recently relocated to Perth and brings a wealth of knowledge in both movement and recovery. Passionate about helping people through every stage of their fitness journey, Sabrina loves seeing clients grow stronger, more mobile, and more confident. Outside the studio, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.

      Hi, I’m Zoe! I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, where I’m learning all about how the body moves and performs at its best. I’ve been an Irish dancer for over ten years, training and competing internationally, and I also have a background in a variety of other dance styles. My love for movement and performance has given me a strong understanding of flexibility, strength, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best in their bodies and love getting to know each client, so don’t be surprised if we end up chatting about your week while we stretch!

      No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customising a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility.
