Kayla holds a BA in Dance and Dip Nutrition and brings 15 years of experience in the Fitness, Dance and Wellness Industry. She brings a strong foundation in movement education and body awareness to StretchLab. Kayla's background has shaped a deep understanding of how the body moves, performs, and responds to both training and everyday demands.
Kayla has a passion for biomechanics and helping people move more efficiently by improving mobility, flexibility and alignment. She truly enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds, from athletes and active individuals to those simply wanting to reduce tension, prevent injury, and feel better in their bodies.
When Kayla is not working she is spending time with her family, growing veggies in her veggie patch and painting whimsical watercolours.
