I truly believe in the power of stretching and mobility to restore what we all naturally have: the ability to move our bodies the way they were designed, not limited by habits or external factors. StretchLab is such a beautiful space to help people recover, improve, and reconnect with their bodies, and I feel lucky to be part of it.

      I have been working as a personal trainer for around 10 years and have always loved helping people improve any aspect of their life in health and fitness. I love working in StretchLab as it allows me to help others move and feel better which is something Ive always been passionate about. I also love helping people improve their mobility and decreasing any pain that they have been feeling. The buzz of clients leaving with a smile on their face after their first stretch is what it’s all about.

      Hi, I’m Christian. I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, currently completing further studies in Occupational Therapy. I love all things health and wellness and enjoy helping people move, feel, and function better in their bodies! What I love about working at StretchLab is how effective assisted stretching can be for everyone — from older adults wanting to maintain independence and joint health, to gym-goers and athletes aiming to improve performance and prevent injury. With a background in strength training and high-level soccer, I enjoy using my experience to support and relate to my clients. Whether your goal is recovery, injury prevention, performance, or simply moving with more ease, I’m here to help you feel better in your body.
