Hi, I’m Natalie, a proud graduate of Exercise Science from the University of
Wollongong. I believe that living a full, joyful life should never be held back by the
limits of our bodies. That is why I chose this path because helping people has always
been at the heart of who I am.
As someone who loves staying active, spending time with loved ones, and making
the most of every day, I understand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t
feel like it’s on the same page. Often, it can’t clearly tell you what’s wrong – and
that’s where I come in.
My role is to bridge that gap – helping you tune into your body’s signals, understand
what it’s trying to say, and work with it, not against it. Together, we’ll find the path that
allows you to keep doing what you love, the way you want to do it.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying all things sporty, relaxing with my dog,
and spending quality time with family and friends.
I’m always up for a great chat and here to guide you toward a space of relaxation,
balance, and lasting wellbeing.
