      Hi, I'm Zach! I'm passionate about encouraging positive health and wellness for each individual in all aspects of their lives. I have a background in personal training & team sports and understand the benefits and importance of regular stretching. As one of the first Flexologists at StretchLab, I take immense pride in seeing our community grow. Nothing feels more rewarding then witnessing clients achieve mobility they never thought possible. The genuine smiles when someone moves more freely after a session fuel my dedication. I cherish the trust members place in me as they allow me to guide their bodies toward better movement. Being part of the pioneering team that established flexology as a respected wellness practice gives me a sense of purpose, especially when I see how many people are now feeling better and moving with greater ease in their daily lives. In my spare time, I keep fit with workout sessions and keep people entertained with my side gig DJing on weekends.

      Hi, my name is Olivia, I am a graduate in Exercise Science and currently studying a Master's of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. Originally from Sydney, I moved to Wollongong to further my studies and pursue opportunities in sport and exercise science. With a sporting background in basketball, snowsports, and AFL, I understand the physical and mental demands of competitive sport. Playing high level sport myself I have been able to train and learn from some of the best coaches in their field, this experience has shaped my approach as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where I work closely with athletes to enhance their performance, reduce the risk of injury, and support their return to play after injury. I have a strong passion for athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation and I am committed to using evidence-based practices to help individuals and teams reach their full potential.

      Hi, I’m Natalie, a proud graduate of Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong. I believe that living a full, joyful life should never be held back by the limits of our bodies. That is why I chose this path because helping people has always been at the heart of who I am. As someone who loves staying active, spending time with loved ones, and making the most of every day, I understand how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t feel like it’s on the same page. Often, it can’t clearly tell you what’s wrong – and that’s where I come in. My role is to bridge that gap – helping you tune into your body’s signals, understand what it’s trying to say, and work with it, not against it. Together, we’ll find the path that allows you to keep doing what you love, the way you want to do it. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying all things sporty, relaxing with my dog, and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m always up for a great chat and here to guide you toward a space of relaxation, balance, and lasting wellbeing.

      With 19 years of experience in sports massage, dry needling, and remedial massage, Laura brings deep expertise in movement and body mechanics to every session at StretchLab Wollongong. As a certified Flexologist, Laura specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching designed to enhance flexibility, improve mobility, and optimize performance. Whether you're recovering from injury, preventing future issues, or simply looking to move better, Laura combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement patterns to deliver safe, effective, and personalised stretching sessions. Laura's passion lies in helping clients expand their range of motion and achieve their wellness goals—one stretch at a time.

      Hi, I'm Ernika! I'm completing my Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong and plan to pursue a Master of Physiotherapy to help people move freely, recover better, and perform at their best. My passion for movement stems from years of playing soccer and futsal at both representative and local levels, which gave me deep insight into athletic performance, discipline, and mental resilience. I've worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and coach in soccer and strength and conditioning, guiding clients and athletes to build strength, mobility, and confidence. With additional training in sports taping and a foundation in medical and health sciences, I bring a well-rounded approach to flexibility and movement. At StretchLab, I'm excited to help you improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and move with greater freedom and confidence.

      Hi, I’m Sally. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Therapies and bring almost a decade of hands-on experience to StretchLab Wollongong. I’m passionate about flexibility, mobility and functional movement, and I truly believe that maintaining range of motion is one of the keys to longevity and quality of life. With extensive knowledge of PNF stretching and a strong background in remedial therapy, I take a holistic, individualised approach to every session — focusing not just on where your body feels tight, but why. I love working with people of all ages and activity levels, helping clients move with greater ease, confidence and comfort so they can continue doing the things they enjoy most.

      No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in your body and customising a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with pain, tightness or specific focus areas, but they keep coming back and commit to their flexibility journey once they experience the freedom that comes with having a wider range of motion and flexibility.
